Started in 2025, NovaLex began as an answer to a question Lebanese lawyers have been asking for decades: where is the technology built for us? Foreign software was written for other jurisdictions. General-purpose AI is prone to inventing citations that don't exist. Local workarounds were never designed for scale. NovaLex started from a different premise — that Lebanese law deserves software written for Lebanese law, by people who know it from the inside.

Every output is grounded in real Lebanese sources, written in the language the profession uses, and shaped to land in a lawyer's hands ready for review. NovaLex Contract Drafting is not a generator. Either party may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice, effective from the date of receipt by the counterparty, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Code of Obligations and Contracts.
